SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND TERMS

Each story must be an original work written by the person submitting the story (“You”),

have never been previously published, and be 700 characters or less. RE/MAX Sunset

Realty Owner Guests are not able to enter. The story must not contain the real name of

any person other than Yourself (use fictitious names for anyone other than Yourself and

please identify when you’ve done so by using an asterisk *); must not contain or depict

any objectionable or unlawful material or gesture or is otherwise unfit for

publication/posting/uploading, as determined by RE/MAX Sunset Realty in its sole and

absolute discretion; must not contain, or otherwise make available any materials (quotes,

language, etc.) that infringe upon any personal, proprietary or any other right of any third

party; must not use another company’s name or trademarks.

All stories become the property of RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations upon

submission. RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations reserves the right to edit stories for

length and clarity. Submissions will not be acknowledged or returned; not all submissions

will be posted. You will not receive any compensation for Your submission, whether or

not it is posted. RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations may arrange, post or remove stories

from the web site at any time in its sole discretion.

Except where prohibited by law, by submitting a story, You grant S & S Pence

Investments, LLC (dba RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations )a perpetual, royalty-free

license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright

and publicity rights with respect to the story, and Your first and last name, city, and state

of residence, in all forms of media, now known or later developed, without further notice

to or compensation to me or any third party. By submitting a story, You further agree for

You and for Your heirs, executors, and administrators to indemnify and hold harmless

RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations from any and all liability resulting or arising from

the story, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against RE/MAX

Sunset Realty & Vacations. Under no circumstances will You be permitted to obtain

awards for, and You hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or

consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Your

actual out-of-pocket expenses, and You further waive all rights to have damages

multiplied or increased. RE/MAX Sunset Realty & Vacations reserves the right to change

these Submission Guidelines and Terms at any time in its sole discretion.
